The use of computers in the workplace have made people spend a lot of time in the same position--  especially progressive eyeglass wearers who strain their posture using the small channels offered by the lens design. This is how Computer Vision Syndrome is developed and there's a cure.

Do you accept insurance plans?

We do not accept insurance plans. But we can help fill out your provided forms and offer you an itemized receipt that may be accepted by your insurance company for reimbursement. Our prices are still more affordable without the help of insurance.

What if I can’t get used to progressive lenses?

Not all patients adapt to progressive lenses. Our Progressive Lens Policy allows you to try them out with your current prescription for the first 60 days. If for any reason you decide this lens is not best for you, we can switch out the lenses to a lined bifocal, or 2 separate pair of single vision eyeglasses.

Large Selection of EyeglassesDo you need Ultra Violet Protection for sunglasses?

Yes. Ultra Violet light has been linked to cause cataracts, macular degeneration and other retinal diseases. When you wear a dark colored lens in-front of your eye, this allows your pupil to open wider and allow more harmful rays into your eye.

Why do Transition lenses not change color in the car?

Transitions lenses are activated by the suns rays. Most windshields on cars already block the ray the activating ray of the transition.

What’s is the difference between Polarized lenses and tinted sunglasses?

Polarized lenses
are able to block not only direct glare, but also indirect glare which bounces off water or the roadway while driving. Regular tinted lenses do not offer this.

What are Polycarbonate lenses used for?

Polycarbonate lenses are more impact resistant and lighter than regular plastic material. It is the preferred lens for minors.

Large Selection of EyeglassesDoes a scratch resistant coating really work?

A scratch resistant lens does make a lens scratch resistant. But, that does not make it scratch proof. However, if you do purchase this coating, we warranty the lenses with a one time, one year replacement.

How long does it take to get my eyeglasses back?

Most orders take about a week to complete. We special order your prescription lenses for fabricating. Once we receive your lenses, our technicians fit them into your frame of choice. Only after we inspect your glasses to meet optical industry standards can your eyeglasses be picked up.

I'm visiting. Can I get glasses in a rush?

Upon visiting our showroom, please make us aware of your urgency. It takes at least three business days to complete a rush order or they can be mailed to you for an extra fee.

Can I use my existing lenses in a different frame?

Yes, we can fit your lenses into another frame. However, we can’t do this with a progressive lens. Progressive lenses are designed for each frame individually.

Do I need to use your doctor to make my purchase with you?

Currently, we do not have an eye doctor on staff; but, we can fill your doctor's prescription or duplicate your current glasses on site.

Why should I order through a retail store instead of online?

Specific measurements need to be taken while wearing a frame instead of guessing where they should be. It’s easier to find a frame that best fits you if you can try them on before you purchase the lenses for them. Sometimes glasses need adjustments to minimize the marks left on your nose from tight nose pads and loose frames that slide down your nose.

Showroom CustomersDo you sell eyeglasses online?

No, we do not. For the reasons stated above, we recommend that you visit our showroom. We understand that there is a South Florida company with a similar name to ours selling eyeglasses online. Please do not be confused. We cannot accept their returns. Our Sunrise, Florida showroom is open seven days a week for your convenience. We look forward to meeting you!
